Welcome to the Occoquan Landing Community Association Website

The Occoquan Landing Community is a townhouse community located just off of I-95 in northern Prince William County, Virginia. We have 117 homes located on five tree-lined streets (Admiral Drive, Harborview Court, Flagship Drive, Lighthouse Lane and Captains Cove) ideally located between Fairfax County, I-95 and the historic Town of Occoquan.

Bulk Trash Pickup

American Disposal has started doing bulk pickup again.  If you have items other than normal, everyday trash you must call them to pick these items up on a scheduled date.  Furniture, tires, electronics, construction items, etc. as well as items not in garbage bags, will not be picked up during regular trash days.  In order to have these type of items picked up, please call American Disposal at 703.368.0500.
